Great customer service...
I haven't used the products yet, but would like to compliment the business on its great customer care. I ordered the wrong product for my needs because I didn't read all the information available about each different roller head. I contacted the customer service mailbox to change my order, but the order had already been dispatched (very promptly). The team have gone to great lengths to facilitate the resending of the correct items and the return of the one I received. Thank you for your help!!

This was my first time shopping with the company and I was blown away at the speed that the product arrived, absolutely amazing . I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product but the customer service was just so helpful in helping me to exchange it for the right product. First of all, the company as a whole is fantastic. Now, the product I bought was the 0.5 derma roller, so far I have used it every 2 weeks for about 2 months. This is what I've noticed so far. My skin feels softer and looks brighter. I got this for wrinkles and so far (I think) my wrinkles look slightly better but I'm going to start taking photos from now on. Anyway, I don't regret my purchase. Thank you
